    Oticon is looking for an Sales Support Representative to be part of a dynamic member of the company that ensures accurate data in the ERP system to generate customer’s invoice. Perform credit and rebill functions to ensure accurate billing, support sales team by investigating to rectify invoice issues. This position reports to the Sales Support Manager.

    Responsibilities

    •  Investigates, analyzes, resolves, and reports on customer and commercial billing issues
    •  Follows-up with customer on retrieving Oticon hearing aids purchased through the Express exchange program and maintains and updates tracking log of non-returned products
    •  Validates and processes all credit and rebill requests
    •  Monitors weekly credit/rebill report
    •  Support sales team with invoicing issues to maintain harmonious relationships with customers
    •  Processes customer BTE orders during peak periods
    •  Responsible for reporting IT issues related to errors in system functionality 
    •     Keeps up with current promotions to ensure sales orders are coded properly and customer invoicing is accurate
    •  May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
    • 2-3 years general office/clerical experience required
    • Prior experience processing credits and rebills a plus
    • Intermediate level of Microsoft suite applications preferred
    • AX experience a plus
