  • Overview

    As a member of the Consult Inside Sales team you will be responsible for developing new business as well as re-engaging existing accounts. This position will drive sales by working with practice ownership,  business directors, and administrative personnel to deliver Consult YHN value.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed sales & revenue targets
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Consult YHN value proposition & service offerings
    • Partner with Audiology Directors and other key staff members to build long-term relationships
    • Grow the assigned client base by identifying new opportunities
    • Facilitate effective implementation of Consult YHN services in audiology practices
    • Ability to move casual buyers to committed and preferred customers
    • Maintain thorough documentation of all contacts, accounts and business data into CRM tool
    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales forecast and activity reports
    • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Inside Sales
    • Maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA federal guidelines and AHAA policies and procedures
    • Develop thorough understanding of manufacturers' products
    • Provide daily customer service to assigned associates

    Qualifications

    • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a four-year accredited college or university

      Experience:  3+ years of sales experience with emphasis in phone sales

      Skills:

      • Strong telephone presentation and written communication skills
      • Ability to manage minimal travel when necessary
      • Commitment to high ethical and professional standards of conduct
      • Must be persistent, decisive, challenging, and resourceful during the sales process
      • Must have a strong customer-focused attitude and manage all customer relationships with a high degree of commitment
      • Ability to self-motivate
      • Detail oriented with superb organization skills
      • Documented sales success and history
