  • Overview

    We currently seek a Marketing Account Executive with a BA/BS degree and at least 4 years of experience serving customers as the liaison between their specific marketing needs and the best industry strategies and tactics available.  The Marketing Manager will work with customers, outside vendors and internal staff to ensure AHAA is offering marketing programs that serve the changing needs of the hearing health care industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages personal account portfolio and supports others on larger accounts.
    • Consults Associates with their marketing efforts and provides appropriate recommendations based on their objectives.
    • Serves as main point of contact for all marketing planning requests that come from our Associates/AM’s.
    • Develops marketing plans for Associates that includes marketing budget options and calendars.
    • Oversees creative project requests from Associates and works with the Marketing Coordinator to help traffic them to the creative team.
    • Opens tickets for all marketing project requests in our CRM (Infor) and works with Marketing Coordinator on trafficking them to the creative team.
    • Proofs marketing projects that they manage and will work with Marketing Coordinator on trafficking any changes to the creative team.
    • Sends all marketing pieces to Associates, trafficking changes and obtaining approvals on or before deadline.
    • Manages relationships with Associates and third-party vendors (direct mail and digital marketing).
    • Updates the marketing status report on a weekly basis on the accounts that they are managing.
    • Develops quarterly marketing ROI reports for Associates.
    • Works with the digital AE on proofing the digital marketing ROI reports for Associates.
    • Works with digital AE on website and social media assessment requests from Associates.
    • Manages the MarketSource website and making sure that the appropriate templates are being updated on a quarterly basis.
    • Manages creative projects that are requested from YHN Marketing.
    • Coordinates ORB sign-ups with Associates and MedPB and sends monthly updates to Associates on their progress with the program.
    • Assists digital AE with ORB training sessions for Associates.
    • Project manages all collateral that needs to be developed for Convention.
    • Manages AHAA’s social media pages (Facebook and LinkedIn) monthly.
    • Contributes articles to AHAA’s Marketing Blog page quarterly.
    • Conducts training sessions for new Associate Managers.

     

    Qualifications

    BA/BS degree and at least 4 years of experience serving customers as the liaison between their specific marketing needs and the best industry strategies and tactics available
