Oviatt Hearing and Balance an expanding Hearing Healthcare practice in Syracuse, NY is looking for a driven, energetic and customer service minded individual to join our team. This role will be tasked with providing our patients excellent customer service, coordinating and maintaining office schedules and reporting daily activities to management.
To accurately check patients in and out by verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining patient records and accounts. Maintain patient flow. Provide positive patient relations. Create appointments and maintain office schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Associates Degree preferred. Positive customer service skills and experience. Basic computer knowledge, e.g., Microsoft Office. Accuracy and detail orientation. Clear and articulate phone voice. Tactful interpersonal relationships.
