Sonic, seeks an Audiology Support person to join our team for M-F 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, with occasional travel as needed.
The ideal candidates will possess a high level of knowledge and skill in the areas of hearing aid technology, hearing aid fittings and fitting software. Candidates must be dedicated to the highest level of customer satisfaction and have the ability to work in a dynamic, team environment. Experience working in a small office and building strong interpersonal relationships are preferred. Must be detailed-oriented with excellent written/verbal communication and problem solving skills and also possess superior interpersonal and follow-up abilities, and a good working knowledge of MS Windows & MS Office.
