    Sonic, seeks an Audiology Support person to join our team for M-F 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, with occasional travel as needed.

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidates will possess a high level of knowledge and skill in the areas of hearing aid technology, hearing aid fittings and fitting software. Candidates must be dedicated to the highest level of customer satisfaction and have the ability to work in a dynamic, team environment.  Experience working in a small office and building strong interpersonal relationships are preferred. Must be detailed-oriented with excellent written/verbal communication and problem solving skills and also possess superior interpersonal and follow-up abilities, and a good working knowledge of MS Windows & MS Office. 

     

    Responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to:

    • Telephone and online support to hearing care professionals working with a variety of hearing aid models, styles and software platforms.
    • Analyzing earmold impressions and acting as liaison between the hearing care professional and the production team.
    • Online trainings and webinars
    • Software verification and validation
    • Developing and/or proofing content for a variety of marketing mediums
    • Supporting the Noah 4 software platform
    • Continuing Education development and administration

    Qualifications

    • Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology preferred, Hearing Instrument Dispensing license will be considered
    • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience dispensing hearing aids and previous experience working for a hearing aid manufacturer is a plus
    • The ideal candidates will possess a high level of knowledge and skill in the areas of hearing aid technology, hearing aid fittings and fitting software.
    • Proven ability in providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
    • Strong understanding of Audiology concepts related to hearing and hearing aid dispensing
    • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to problem solve technical or customer oriented issues.
    • Superior interpersonal and follow-up capabilities with the ability to work in a dynamic, team environment.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
