    Your Hearing Network, a new entrepreneurial division within one of the world’s largest hearing healthcare companies, is looking for a highly proactive program manager to develop and grow our third party partnerships, and to establish and build new online lead generation partnerships.  You will work closely with managed sales plans and affiliate partners to grow and optimize these partnerships, and you will forge and develop new digital partnerships. This is a new position located in Somerset, NJ, and reports to the President of YourHearing.com.

    Responsibilities

      • Oversee the strategy, development and management of affiliate and affinity partnerships, including but not limited to independent or cause related organizations, associations, clubs, etc.
      • Work closely with managed sales plans to maximize and optimize appointment flow from our partnerships
      • Identify new digital partners, negotiate new digital partnerships, and optimize our placements, profile and prominence across those partnerships
      • Work with senior management, marketing teams and plan managers to develop program guidelines, process, and materials required to support these partnerships.
      • Work to optimize programs for accelerated revenue growth, and increased profitability.
      • Create and maintain communication materials to support the program.  Communicate effectively across internal business units as well as with external partners.
      • Adhere to internal documentation, processes, protocols and standards.

    Qualifications

        • Bachelor's degree and work experience in related field
        • Affinity partnership, plan management or affiliate marketing experience
        • 5+ years experience with retail marketing or lead generation marketing
        • Energetic and positive attitude to work with varying stakeholders and get them through to the “final mile” of action and outcomes
        • Strategic thinker with ability to formulate, develop and execute business-building strategies
        • Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills  
        • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
        • Excellent oral and written communication skills
        • Ability to present self professionally and intelligently to internal clients/colleagues, and to external partners
        • Healthcare experience preferred
        • Negotiation skills a must
