  • Overview

    Engage prospective customers in a dialogue that will result in appointments and hearing aid sales.


      1. Drive revenue and retain customers by selling YHN services and solutions.
      2. Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to customers and providers to obtain a successful sales opportunity.
      3. Manage inbound leads and successfully set appointments with network providers.
      4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of YHN products, sales programs, services and processes.
      5. Successfully convey relevant information about hearing loss and hearing aids to establish a purchasing relationship with YHN customers.
      6. Monitor and manage appointments to determine appropriate purchasing status and propose corrective actions.
      7. Track actions in the YHN database.
      8. Make decisions that will deliver the best customer experience.
      9. Actively participate in our continuous improvement culture.
      10. Be a resourceful and knowledgeable resource about YHN products and services.


      1. High school diploma or equivalent. College or university degree preferred.
      2. Basic Microsoft Word Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
      3. Willingness to use computer programs
      4. Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast paced environment
      5. Experience interacting with customers/clients – 5 years +
      6. Ability to convey information clearly in verbal and written formats
      7. Excellent interpersonal and salesmanship skills
      8. Knowledge of hearing loss and hearing aids is helpful.
