We are fast growing hearing health care firm and are seeking a data analyst who can work in a fast-paced environment.


    Collaborating closely with Program, Channel and CRM managers, you will develop targeted list of customers and prospects for direct mail, email, phone and other direct marketing programs. You will be the daily CRM go-to person with knowledge about campaigns, systems, procedures and more.


    • Develop targeted lists for various direct marketing programs from direct mail to email, phone and other targeted channels
    • Be the steward of customer data and ensure data accuracy and integrity
    • Pull data from the database to address business questions
    • Generate reports to shape business decisions
    • Communicate and educate internal stakeholders about targeted lists and how it appears in the system
    • Troubleshoot data and system issues
    • Working with global and domestic organizations, be involved in developing best practices for targeting lists
    • Participate in release demos and testing activities for global software releases
    • Coordinate with support on service requests, change requests and incidents
    • Perform tasks as requested


    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 1+ Years of experience
    • Experience with databases highly preferred
    • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics highly desired
    • Ability to pull, validate and cleanse the data is required
    • Good business presence.

    • PowerPoint and Excel proven experience


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with CRM, Databases, MIS, Data Analytics highly desired.
