Healthy Hearing, www.healthyhearing.com is looking for an experienced customer support or inside sales professional with an AUD of a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist background who is focused, motivated, honest, communicative, creative and fun. The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for optimizing communications with staff from over 3500 hearing clinics who have profiles in our online directory, proactively helping them maximize their opportunity to generate leads.
This is a full-time, telecommute (virtual) position. The individual in this role would work on a small, close-knit virtual team of highly-motivated and talented professionals to grow and manage a US-based hearing health website. The website currently has over 3 million visitors per year.
