We are fast growing hearing health care firm and are seeking a marketing professional to oversee our rapidly expanding account base of newly acquired practices.

    Reporting to the Director, Marketing Programs and working closely with Sales and Operational leadership, you will oversee the marketing programs and execute an omni-channel Go to Market strategy. As a manager, your core objective is to be the key marketing contact for our growing acquired clinic segment. In this role you will onboard new accounts, in conjunction with overseeing the planning, delivery and measuring of existing account programs and events that drive engagement, while achieving set goals, objectives, and target achievement. Account manager must have ability to work in a fast paced environment with a team centric, collaborative approach.


    • Forward facing marketing role to onboard newly acquired accounts and oversee existing account marketing programs during the earn-out period.
    • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs by leveraging competitive intelligence and customer research and working closely with external accounts and vendor partners.
    • Establish processes with onboarding and train personnel, as required.
    • Analyze reporting of omni-channel marketing and promotional campaigns and programs to optimize their performance.
    • Create and maintain integrated quarterly promotional calendars, with related materials.  Communicate promotional schedule and rationale to sales management constituents to optimize in-field execution.
    • Responsible for ensuring that all marketing campaigns are executed with accuracy with all elements that are required including, but not limited to: definition of projects, meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, campaign analysis and tracking/monitoring procedures.
    • Drives implementation of operational plans by engaging external agencies, internal cross-functional partners.
    • Prepare, publish and provide commentary for standing conference calls to review reports and dashboards against daily, weekly, monthly and annual forecasts and budgets.
    • Mentor/train other local and remote team members as needed.
    • Working with the Marketing team, aggregate, analyze and forward data for Marketing budgets.
    • Aggregate, prepare and present the Marketing forecast spending updates monthly.
    • Support limited marketing accounts with services, including compliance, call tracking and budgeting & forecasting.
    • Oversee development and execution of local activities such as events, health fairs and more to support regional sales.
    • Adhere to internal documentation, processes, protocols and standards.


    • Bachelor’s degree required with work experience in related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in developing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Experience with direct marketing and traditional media such as TV, Radio and Newspaper required.
    • Experience with digital marketing such as SEM, SEO, Social, Display and more is highly desired.
    • Experience managing multiple priorities.
    • Strong project management skills required.
    • Experience with Call Center data a plus.
    • Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Experience working in a fast paced environment required.
    • Must be willing to work in Somerset, NJ location.

    Travel Required:


    • Ability to travel as needed (potentially 10% of the time may include some weekends) Possible evening and weekend work (as needed), working with outside vendors, and travel to account locations and regional meeting sites.
