    OneRetail . is a global leader in hearing healthcare. This growing company has a fulltime position available in the call center conveniently located in Central, NJ. The Coordinator/Representative will be responsible for assisting individuals with hearing loss or symptoms of hearing loss and will be the liaison for patients/potential patients of hearing healthcare products and clinics that provide hearing services. In addition to displaying phone acumen, these coordinator/reps will be able to project knowledge, confidence, professionalism and trust at all times for the best patient experience. Part Time and Full Time hours available, varying shifts available

    Responsibilities

    • Performing outbound calls to patients and potential patients for appointment bookings and campaign marketing
    • Qualifying leads for clinics by scheduling and setting hearing appointments
    • Make outbound calls to current and potential new patient
    • Act as a clinic representative and communicate with patients for hearing care service in a professional and friendly manner
    • Maintain all calls and manage documentation of results in the customer relationship management (CRM) system

    Qualifications

      • 1 to 2 years experience
      • Ability to provide professional conduct and positive brand experience
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Prior experience in the medical/healthcare consumer industry a plus
      • Prior experience working in a call center preferred
      • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
      • Ability to follow scripts and protocols, read callers and adapt accordingly.
      • Strong internet and computer skills/experience (i.e. Proprietary CRM systems, Skype, Outlook and Excel)
      • Fluency in Spanish a plus
