    We are seeking an energetic Marketing Analyst to join our team! Using your sharp analytical skills, analyze marketing spend, process invoices, develop spend forecast and ensure spend is in line with the budget. Also, support short and long-term marketing/strategic business activities on an as needed basis.


    • Manage and update Marketing Budget with applicable financial information throughout fiscal year.
    • Work with Finance and Accounting on any budgetary updates and adjustments
    • Preparing all Marketing advertising invoices for accounting by coding to designated cost centers
    • Aggregate, prepare and present the Marketing monthly forecast spending update.
    • Coordinate conversations with Finance with any updates / adjustments made to the Marketing forecast.
    • Working with Finance and Accounting teams, analyze and finalize Marketing financial advertising spend close.
    • Adhere to internal documentation, processes, protocols and standards.
    • Assist in the preparation of commentary for standing KPI reporting and dashboards on time against daily, weekly, monthly and annual deadlines.
    • Assist in the evaluation/investigation of the quality/integrity/trend of data based on historical trends and industry norms.
    • Reconcile department credit card by working with internal/external sources for invoicing breakdowns.
    • Elicit and analyze information for development of business requirements.
    • Communicate/Conceptualize and interpret the data status and issues to internal and executive team members.
    • Working with the Marketing team, aggregate, analyze and publish the annual Marketing Budget.
    • Perform adhoc analyses on an as needed basis.


    Required Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree
    • 1-3 years experience with business analysis, budget management
    • Comfortable playing with data and creating mini-databases
    • Previous data analysis and requirements gathering experience
    • Extract data from DBs and transform/load into other DBs or reports
    • Excel Mid-level expertise


    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Project management experience
    • Data warehousing experience
    • Experience with MS Office including Access
    • Experience managing multiple priorities

    Programming experience beneficial
