As a member of the OneRetail Training and Organizational Development team, the Training Manager will play a key role in creating high-value training programs for our employees at all levels. The Training Manager will lead the design, development and delivery of our Dispensing School and Distance Learning Program for Hearing Care Professionals (HCP). This individual will support Licensing and Sponsorship programs that elevate talent throughout our geographically dispersed organization. This exciting role involves working with professionals throughout the U.S. in both classroom and virtual learning environments.
Reporting to the VP of Organizational Development, the successful person in this role will use instructor-led and multi-media tools/platforms to facilitate a comprehensive, multi-module program to help HCP trainees obtain and maintain their state license. This role will work with the training team to assist with development of online and other learning solutions that target learning objectives, improve performance and deliver business results. This role is based in Somerset, NJ and will involve 50-75% travel.
