    Responsibilities

    The Account Manager is the primary “operational” liaison between e3 and selected large, multi-site customers such as Costco, CVS, as well as with our many, global manufacturing/service partners

    • Operational liaison responsibilities include;
      • Track all customer orders
      • Ensure requirements and expectations are clear with all stakeholders – e3, customers, manufacturers
      • Place orders for equipment with appropriate manufacturers
      • Coordinate the installation and training of equipment between the provider, local e3 office and manufacturer
      • Ensure all proper install and training procedures are followed
      • Determine process/tools to receive, archive and share all necessary documents such as checklists, calibration certs, procedures, etc.
      • Coordinate and lead all routine team meetings, communicating clearly to all concerned regarding agendas, minutes, follow-up tasks, due dates, issues/plans, etc.
      • Maintain the list of open issues list as well as remediation plans
      • Ensure that all stakeholders are properly communicated to on a regular basis
    • Always on time, accurate, clear and professional with all interactions and communications
    • This position minimizes surprises and continually works to improve processes and outcomes
    • Anticipate and proactively manage risks

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skill and Experience

    • 4-year degree
    • 5 years project management experience
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Specific software/hardware experience: Microsoft Office suite, project management applications a plus (ex, Microsoft Project)
    • Ability to travel 10% of time

    Physical & Visual Acuity Requirements

    • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
    • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes. Fingering. Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling.
    • Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
    • Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
