Overview

Position Summary:

The OneRetail Creative Director is responsible for supporting the overall creative vision of the Marketing and Sales teams. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, and working closely with Sales and Operational leadership, the Director will work designers, artists, and marketing to create a vision for products sold. This position will plan advertising, oversee the creative process and generate content as well as drive the direction of the creative team and support partners.

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Creative:
    • Frame and drive creative ideas from vision to conceptualization.
    • Orchestrate, nurture and champion creative theme across varied executions (direct mail, print, video, digital, social, email, in-clinic collaterals, experiential, etc.)
    • Build a strategic narrative for each creative solution
    • Lead broader marketing and sales teams through the creative process, building strategic brand arguments for the creative and upholding the integrity of the idea through production.
    • Savvy at building brands, distilling brand research, developing brand guidelines, applying and enforcing them across channels.
  • Content:
    • Develop content that is adaptable for different channels such as Social, Search, Blogs, Websites, Newsletters, Print, Direct Mail, Clinic Brochures and Posters, etc.
    • Ideate and execute innovative strategies to support Company initiatives with a focus on building a strong brand
  • Execution and Teamwork:
    • Lead multiple large, complex projects across inter-disciplinary teams including marketing, operations, sales and remote locations.
    • Synthesize information from all sources while ensuring brand identity
    • Identify and oversee creative partners to collaborate with and ideate as necessary
    • Manage productions partners and creative agencies
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

    • Minimum 8 years creative design experience, agency experience a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop new creative ideas
    • Strong business writing, storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
    • Exceptional design skills, including layout, typography, video, motion, design patterns, and copywriting
    • Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
    • Strong leadership skills
