Position Overview


The Marketing Account Executive is responsible for supporting Oticon customer’s execution of consumer marketing actions and utilization of the DRIVE Program. This includes coordination of direct marketing, advertising, and digital marketing. Support customer development of Marketing Plans. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams. Other responsibilities include coordination and administration of customer tracking information and redemption requests.





  • Coordinate and execute consumer marketing actions with newspapers, mail fulfillment and digital marketing companies for targeted customers
  • Educate customers on Oticon's consumer marketing supoprt program
  • Support the development and execution of Marketing Plans in close coordination with individual sales manager for targeted accounts
  • Work with external vendors and hearing care professionals to customize consumer marketing programs.
  • Work cooperatively with the Marketing Department and Consumer Marketing Associates from the other regions to have consistent consumer campaigns across the country.
  • Communicate the progress of consumer marketing campaigns to region to help them manage their accounts and increase their knowledge level of consumer marketing.
  • Compile tracking data from all customer events in a timely manner, record in CRM and make recommendations for future marketing activities
  • Administration of customer requests on reimbursement for marketing activities
  • Marketing Project Coordination as assigned





  • BA/BS in Marketing or Advertising or Communications is required

  • 1 to 2 years of consumer marketing and coordination of customer marketing activities

  • Microsoft Office Expertise

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, corporate marketing, sales team and vendors.

  • Experience in direct marketing, advertising, digital marketing and social media

  • Knowledgeable with database, campaign tracking/measurement reporting tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects under deadline pressure
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel 25%.
